Spaghetti Karevan
We build capacity in the spheres of culture, economics and politics. Through Spaghetti Karevan, we develop grounded, values-aligned decolonial leadership in communities to increase impact and achieve collective goals.
This work is rooted in the belief that lasting change requires a new kind of leadership — one that is culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and oriented toward collective liberation. We work with communities, organizations, and coalitions to build the internal capacity needed for sustained, values-aligned action.

Individual Coaching
In 1:1 coaching, we use deep empathy, somatic tools and culturally responsive practices to hold space for you to hear yourself on a new level.
When you speak your truth more fully, challenges become clearer. On the other side of that, new solutions emerge — from within. Our role is to create emotional safety for deeper truth telling, clearer problem statements and more effective, aligned, strategic solutions.

FMF Education Consulting
We bring our decolonial, trauma-informed, and systems-thinking frameworks into educational institutions and learning organizations.
